By accessing rosalindsjewels.com and/or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

PRODUCTS
We sell jewelry and accessories ("Products"), including but not limited to rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and related items.
Product descriptions, specifications, images, videos and other content are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to display our Products accurately, but minor differences in colour, finish, materials, dimensions or design may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting and the hand-finished nature of the items.
Stones and crystals described as opal, zircon, crystal or similar are decorative materials unless expressly stated otherwise. Metals are described by their finish and plating.
All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue any Product, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated. Where a Product is offered at no cost as part of a promotional or closing-sale offer, the customer remains responsible for the applicable shipping and handling charges, which are displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and offer the choice of confirming at the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. We do not store your full payment card details.
Promotional codes and discounts may not be combined unless expressly stated, are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, and may be withdrawn at any time.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guarantees, and delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, public holidays and other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. It is your responsibility to supply a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Items are shipped from our fulfilment partners. Depending on your location, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Our returns and refunds process is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary: you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns process applies.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, page layouts and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Venturo Global Limited and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or exploit any part of this website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

This website is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party services for payment processing, order tracking, analytics, advertising and customer communication. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies or practices of those websites.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and the Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
